This issue typically occurs when the system defaults to a pre-set coordinate value during a bulk import of location data, and the correct coordinates for certain locations are not found or properly mapped.
Solution: Update Location Manually
Navigate to the Locations page within our app.
Search for and select the location that is displaying incorrect coordinates.
Set location position:
Find position automatically:
Update address details - location position is not correctly probably because of some not accurate address data. Please check address details and update if needed.
Below the interactive map on the location's page, click the button labeled "Find address on the map". This action should update the location to its correct coordinates.
Set position manually:
If you have coordinates values (latitude and longitude) you can set it manually by clicking on the Set coordinates button above the location map.
Paste copied coordinates into the format: latitude, longitude.
Finally click the Confirm button.
Set pin position by drag & drop:
Move the pin on the map to the desired position by drag & drop.
Click the Save button.
